What are The Benefits Available on an E-Shram Card:
E-Shram Yojana was started for workers by the Modi government in the year 2020. This scheme has been launched by the Central Government to provide economic security to the workers. Under this scheme, workers get accidental insurance of ₹ 200000. That is, if you are a worker and you meet with an accident or die or in case of disability, the worker or his family gets the insurance amount. Told you that in case of disability, an amount of ₹ 100,000 is given by the government. Along with this, the government gives a pension of ₹ 3000 per month to the workers after the age of 60 years.
What should be the Eligibility and Conditions for making an E-Shram card:
According to the E-Shram website, it is mandatory to have the following documents to register on the E-Shram website –
- Aadhar card
- Mobile number (must be linked to Aadhaar)
- Must have bank account number.
- For registration, you must have an active mobile number and bank account details linked to Aadhaar. Keep in mind that your age should be 16 to 59 years. Please note that EPFO and ESIC members cannot apply for labor cards.
Where is the E-Shram Card made:

You can register yourself by visiting the official website of E-Shram, eshram.gov.in, for this you can also register through mobile or by visiting any CSC center.
Do online registration for E-Shram Card in this way:
- First of all, you have to go to the official website of E-Shram Card (https://eshram.gov.in/) and click on the option of Registry.
- After this, a new page will open where enter all your information.
- Now enter the mobile number and OTP linked to your Aadhar card.
- Now fill out the Registry form on the new page.
- After this, you will have to upload your documents.
- After this submit the form.
- After the complete registration process, you will get a 10-digit E Shram Card Number.
- On the next page, you will see your labor card, save it by clicking on the download button.
