BPSC 70th CCE 2024 Guidelines. Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) has started the online application process for the 70th Combined Competitive Examination 2024. The commission has also issued a notice in this regard, which things the candidates have to keep in mind while applying for this exam. It tells what things you have to keep in mind while filling out your application form because, in case of any mistake, your application can be canceled.
Keep these things in mind while uploading photos
In the notification issued on the official website of the commission bpsc.bih.nic.in., guidelines have been written regarding uploading photos in the application form for the BPSC 70th CCE Competitive Preliminary Examination. In this notification, candidates have been asked to comply with various points before applying, which are as follows:
Candidates should sit in a place with proper light while clicking the photo.
Candidates should keep their faces in front of the webcam while uploading the photograph online so that their photo can be captured properly.
Candidates should not upload the photo clicked while wearing any kind of accessories like glasses, caps, masks, mufflers, etc.
Candidates should keep all these things in mind and upload their correct photograph. Otherwise, they will not be given a chance to correct the photo in the future.
Candidates’ e-admit cards will not be issued if they upload unclear, useless, or wrong photos, for which the candidates will be solely responsible.
Candidates whose admit card photo is found to be different while checking Biometric/Facial Recognition will be denied the examination.

There will be a chance to update the photo between 1st to 18th October
The Commission has said that the candidates who have applied till 29th September 2024 and have not uploaded the photo as per the rules mentioned above, then they will have to go to the dashboard between 1st October to 18th October and upload the photo again as per the instructions through the “Update Photo” option.
A total of 1957 posts will be filled through the BPSC 70th Combined Competitive Examination 2024. To apply, candidates have to visit the official website bpsc.bih.nic.in. The last date to apply is 18 October 2024.
