Indian Army TES July 2025: The Indian Army has started the application process for providing permanent commission in the army through the 53rd (10+2) Technical Entry Scheme (TES53). Interested candidates can apply by visiting the official website joinindianarmy.nic.In. The application, window will remain open till November 7. Let us tell you that the purpose of this recruitment drive is to fill 90 vacancies in the Indian Army. The duration of this training will be 4 years. After commissioning, the salary of the cadets will be around Rs 17-18 lakh per annum. Level 10 in the pay matrix, free medical cover, and travel to hometown once a year.
Eligibility Criteria:
Age Limit: Male candidates must be between 16½ to 19½ years of age as of 01 July 2025 (they must not have been born before 02 January 2006 and after 01 January 2009 (both days inclusive)). Only unmarried male cadets can apply for the posts.
Educational Qualification: Candidates who have passed the 10+2 examination or its equivalent with a minimum of 60% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics from a recognized education board are eligible to apply for this entry. All applicants must appear for JEE (Mains).
Selection Process
The applications of the candidates will be shortlisted for Service Selection Board (SSB) interview based on merit by the Integrated Headquarters of the Ministry of Defence (Army). The shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview, medical fitness test, and physical fitness test.
