Chhattisgarh Police SI Final Results: Chhattisgarh Police on Monday declared the final result of the Subedar/Sub Inspector/Platoon Commander Recruitment Exam, 2021. Candidates who have appeared in the CG Police SI Recruitment Exam can check the final result on the official website cgpolice.gov.in.
Chhattisgarh Police informed that 959 candidates have been recommended for a total of 975 vacancies. The remaining vacancies could not be filled due to the insufficient number of eligible candidates.
CG Police said that candidates belonging to reserved categories (OBC-Non Creamy Layer, SC, ST) who meet the eligibility criteria for unreserved category vacancies and qualify against unreserved categories in various stages of the selection process – Preliminary Exam and Main Exam, have been recommended for the vacancies for unreserved categories.
The final merit list has been prepared as per the reservation rules of the Chhattisgarh government as well as the marks obtained by the candidates and their preferences.
The notice states that in a case where a candidate of the reserved category is also eligible for the unreserved category, but the preference of service marked by him is not available under the unreserved category, then he has been given the post in the reserved category.
Chhattisgarh Police said that the appointment of selected candidates will be subject to the final decision/order of the Supreme Court in Special Leave Petition (SLP) (C) No. 19668/2022. For any additional information, candidates can check the official website of Chhattisgarh Police.
