Download UPSC CDS Final Result: The Union Public Services Commission (UPSC) has declared the final result of Combined Defense Services Examination I. A total of 237 candidates are named in the final selection list. Candidates who appeared in the CDS I exam can download the result by visiting the official website of the commission of upsc.gov.in.

The notification said, “The verification of date of birth and educational qualification of these candidates is still under process by Army Headquarters. Therefore, the candidature of all these candidates is provisional on this basis. Candidates are requested to send the original copy of their certificates in support of date of birth/educational qualification etc. claimed by them along with their photocopy attested copies to Army Headquarters/Naval Headquarters/Air Force Headquarters as per their first choice.”

A total number of 237 candidates have been declared qualified based on the results of the Combined Defence Services Examination (I) conducted by the UPSC in April and the SSB interview conducted by the Services Selection Board of the Ministry of Defence. These candidates have qualified for various defense courses including the Indian Military Academy (IMA), Indian Naval Academy (INA), and Air Force Academy (AFA).

The successful candidates will now be admitted to the 158th (DE) Course at IMA, Dehradun, INA at Ezhimala in Kerala, and the 217th Flying (Pre-Flying) Training Course at the Air Force Academy in Hyderabad.

The final merit list includes 158 candidates for the Indian Military Academy, 44 for the Indian Naval Academy, and 35 for the Air Force Academy. Some candidates have appeared in more than one list, as they were qualified for multiple courses.

As per the government, the vacancies are as follows:

100 for IMA (including 13 seats reserved for NCC ‘C’ Certificate Army wing holders), 32 for INA (including 6 vacancies reserved for NCC ‘C’ Certificate Naval wing holders).
