EPFO Recruitment 2024: The Employees Provident Fund Organization (EPFO) has notified recruitment to temporary young professional (YP) posts on a contract basis. The institute has invited applications from eligible candidates. Interested candidates can visit the official website of EPFO ​​​​epfindia.gov.in. and fill out and submit the form.

Rs 65,000 Monthly Salary:

This Delhi-based job will get a monthly salary of Rs 65,000. The selection will be based on interviews and successful candidates will be hired initially for one year, with an option to extend the contract to three years. Applicants must be 32 years of age or less and must have a degree from a recognized institute.

Appointment Process:

The recruitment process involves only the interview stage, no written test. Applicants must bring original documents and self-attested copies during the interview.

Essential Qualifications:

Candidates must be graduates from a recognized university, and preference will be given to those with research experience, especially in government schemes related to social security or the labor sector.

Leave and Working Hours:

Young women will get 12 days of leave per year on a pro-rata basis, with unused leave not carried forward. Female young women are eligible for maternity leave as per the Maternity Benefit (Amendment) Act 2017. Regular working hours are Monday to Friday, with the possibility of additional hours on weekends or holidays if necessary, although no additional compensation will be given for such occasions.
