PM Internship Yojana 2024: Good news for youth. A golden opportunity came. Internship opportunity for 1 year in the top 500 companies of the country. In 5 years, 1 crore youth will get employment opportunities. The pilot scheme of the PM Irntonship Scheme announced in the General Budget has started from Thursday. In this scheme, youth between the ages of 21 to 24 years will get an opportunity. You can apply on the portal www.pminternship.mci.gov.in from 12th to 25th October. Those who have passed 10th and above will get the opportunity.
PM Internship Yojana: Reservations will be applicable.
The central government’s conservation policy will be implemented in this scheme to employ one lakh 25 thousand youth in the financial year 2025. The central government will pay Rs 6000 to the selected candidates under this scheme. After that, they will get Rs 4,500 from the Center and Rs 500 from the company every month for one year. This money will go directly to the candidate’s account. The selected candidates will also get insurance coverage under the Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojana and Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana, the premium of which will be borne by the Central Government.
PM Internship Date: When and how to apply?
The portal will open on October 12.
In the first phase, candidates will have an opportunity to apply from October 12 to 25. They will be able to apply for a maximum of 5 opportunities.
A team from the ministry will then prepare a list of candidates based on the specific parameters of the scheme and the list will be given to the companies on October 26.
After that, the companies will select the candidates based on their requirements from 27th October to 7th November and then offer them the places they want to do the internship.
Selected candidates will have time from November 8 to November 15 to accept this offer. If they do not like this offer, a second and third offer will be made. The company that made the first offer doesn’t need to also make the second and third offers. However, a maximum of 3 offers will be given to any candidate.

PM Internship Yojana: In which company will you get the internship?
The portal will be open for companies only from the 3rd to the 12th of October. Companies will tell you how many people they want, where they are looking for internships, and what educational qualifications they are hoping for. The top 500 companies based on CSR expenditure in the last 3 years will be included in this scheme. About 1 lakh youth will start their internship from December 2.
