This vacancy has been released by the Railway Recruitment Board. Under this, eligible candidates will be recruited for the Railway Protection Special Force and Railway Protection Force.

A total of 4660 posts of Sub-Inspector and Constable will be filled through this recruitment drive. Of these, 4208 posts are for constables and 452 posts are for sub-inspectors. To apply, go to rpf.indianrailways.gov.in.
Applications for these posts have started and the last date to apply is 14 May 2024. Apply in the prescribed format before the last date.
Railway Jobs 2024:
The qualification is according to the post, candidates who have passed graduation from a recognized university can apply for the post of Sub-Inspector. The age limit is 20 to 28 years.
Similarly, for constable posts, candidates who have passed the 10th or its equivalent examination will be considered eligible to apply. Its age limit is 18 to 28 years.

Selection will be done after passing several stages of the examination, like online computer-based tests, physical efficiency tests, physical measurement tests, and document verification.
To apply, candidates will have to pay a fee of Rs 500. The fee for SC, ST, Ex-Serviceman, Women Candidates, and EBC categories is Rs 250.
If selected for the post of Sub-Inspector, the salary is Rs 35,400 per month. If selected for the post of constable, the monthly salary is Rs 21,700.
